A dum-dee-dum-dee weekend :)

Having an almost-LDR, makes our relationship exciting and challenging at the same time.. We get to enjoy our time with ourselves, with friends and family.. But after Jason's accident, I realized that I won't settle for him-in-vigan, me-in-manila mode.. So I do some research and voila, found a tempo-abode for him at Eastwood City, where he can jog in the morning, and where we can spend time and window shop too (literally from our window..) Haha.. Anyway, enough of the drama.. Last Saturday, he came.. And when I saw him smiling at me.. I get so excited, its like seeing your crush by the hallway - high school times..
I am so kilig..

Let me round up how it was..

Saturday morning..
After his 9hrs bus ride from Vigan.. We had breakfast at McDo, he said he misses it..
Then at afternoon my bes, Sofie invited us to join her to watch a fashion show at SMX, Mall of Asia for free.
And we both said yes..

Then come Sunday, after hearing mass, watched G-force in 3D. :)
Had our fave Crispy-pata for dinner..


Then Monday, we just stayed at our new tempo-abode, had ice cream, frappucino and tried face-masking..
(We want to join kids and dogs downstairs for trick or treat)

And we're both thinking of getting my hair end's curled..

And that wrap up my weekend with my life :)

Its 67 days before Christmas..

Its 45 days to go till I turn 25..

Its 30 days before Christmas bonus..

Its 74 days before year 2009 closes.. Hello 2010!

Its 57 days to go before Jarah's 30th month together

(We still celebrate monthsaries, even daysaries. )

I don't know what to expect when those days arrives..

At times I'm feeling ecstatic then cynical - vice versa..

Are you feeling *CHRISTMAS?*

Me? I am and uber excited.

Some decors in our home..

Now, I don't count much of material things, which yes I know is inevitable but learning to love and nourish God's blessings and knowing our purpose in this world would really mean a lot to us, as a person and being sons/daughters of God..

I just hope that even we've gone through challenges this year

We still have lots and lots of reason to smile, laugh and celebrate life.

And more counting and exciting dates to come..

Let me share to you what I wore at our Sunday service..

I wanted to remind myself that Christmas is sooo near..

BlueGreen Dress, Red Flats, Yellow Nails, Vintage sling bag,

A forgotten scarf, Chainlink headband..

And one big sweet smile..

Daddy: 71 going on 17 :)

Ika-71st na kaarawan niya nung Huwebes..

At kahit 3 lang kami, Dad, Mom at ako.. Masaya pa din..

Pinagshopping namin si Dady..

Ngaun ko narealize na mas mapili talaga ang lalaki mamili kesa babae..

Nung una si Mom ang nagshopping while nagpapark si Dad..

Mabilis lang, 30mins, meron na syang 2 slacks and 1 blouse.. Hehe :)

Si Dady? Hay, halos ilang oras sa pamimili palang ha.. Hehe.. Labyu Dady..

Then we just take home food for dinner, napagod kasi agad ang dalawa kong bossing kaya sa bahay na lang daw kami dinner.. :)

I'm so proud of him and being his daughter, before ayaw kong sinasabihan ako na kamukha ko sya kasi maitim sya at masungit, pero when I get to love the beach and sun and see him work sa palaisdaan, that's the time I get to realize na kamukha ko nga sya.. Haha :) Have to admit, its the best thing that happened to me - ang maging kamukha parents and kapatid ko at least I know totoong anak ako :)

Dad is a perfect guy, he's sweet, masungit, he talks loud, he speaks bisaya, waray, tagalog, best in english, ilocano, panggalatok - everything. He loves reading and he don't stop reading. He sees everything, he got comments sa lahat ng bagay..

If somebody would ask kung anong age nya, sasabihin nya

" I'm 17, then smile.. :) "

Look at his hands, he's like a kid! Haha.. He wants all the color kase e.. Haha

And this shot? Haha.. Felling bata ang senior..

One Sweeturday..

Sunny hot weather outside, don't make me go out.. So last Saturday, I just stayed home with Mom, and the others were out.. We had lunch together and had a good laugh.. We always have lunch together at work, but that's totally different when we're home..

Then came Kuya Jon and Dad, they joined us for lunch and the house was filled with laughter. It was fun, I miss those times that we really had a good laugh together, and that makes me miss my 3 brothers, Kuya Bobby and Kuya Ryan who works outside the country, while Kuya Onat resides somewhere Fairview.

Watching television is the last thing that I'll do, I'd rather sit-in and surf the net the whole day.. But that afternoon was different, I'm about to watch, when Kuya Jon asked me if I want to go with him to the mall. I said yes right away..

And where we at? At the salon! Yes, me and Kuya.. Isn't it sweet? I don't think one's brother would tag you to a salon for a manicure and pedicure.. Hahaha :)

 

 I got Orly Spark for my nails. Love it! :) 

Then had a snack with Kuya at the foodcourt.. Seeing these kids, makes us smile.. Learning the virtue of sharing.. Sharing halo-halo.. Love them kids!

Off to the parking.. 

Walk and walk.. 

 And this couple got my attention..

Mall is crowded - stay with me.

And honestly, I'm missing Jason. Sad. 

As we go through our everyday life, there's just simple ways to show others how sweet, kind and beautiful our world is. So share sweetness and kindness. It would make one's sad heart - smile :)
